A: Our quality is ensured by:
• Premium materials (e.g., rubber from Malaysia/Thailand).
• Advanced machinery (e.g.,VMI).
• 5-step inspection (100% semi-finished check, X-ray, dynamic, appearance tests).
• Warranty: 1 year or 80,000-100,000 km (mid-range); 3 years or 150,000-200,000 km (premium).
Q: MOQ and product mixing?
A: MOQ is one 20GP container, and mixing sizes/patterns is allowed. We recommend a 40HQ container for better shipping costs.
Q: Payment terms and delivery time?
A:
Payment: 30% TT deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy; also accept L/C at sight.
Delivery: 7-15 days after deposit.
Q: International certifications?
A: Yes. Our certifications include DOT, ECE, CCC, GCC, SONCAP, SNI, INMETRO, S-mark, SASO, LATU, NOM, SGS, etc. We provide specific certificates for your market.
